Sunday Morning
Adult Christian Formation

Sunday Morning Christian Formation Classes

Our Sunday morning worship and education schedule is:
  • 8:30am - The Holy Eucharist Rite I (English)
  • 9:45am - Adult Christian Formation Class (in-person only)
  • 11:00am - The Holy Eucharist Rite II (English)
  • 1:00pm - La Santa Eucaristia Rito Dos (Spanish)
These classes are available only in-person.

Next Sunday, February 12, Fr. David will begin a four-week series:
Origins and Growth of the Bible

Due to damage in the parish hall from a burst water pipe, classes will be held in the Church building until further notice.

We will consider the origins and growth of the Bible in English. We'll start with the very early versions and consider the work and sacrifices that went into them and how one translation built on a previous one. We'll look at the King James Bible and then go on to recent versions (but not all 400 of them). Finally we'll examine the best versions available to a reader today and discuss how personal taste may enter into our choice.
